Free miles credit is a little bit like having our own By Miles currency, but you can’t transfer, trade or sell free miles credit and you can’t exchange it for cash.

If you renew your policy with us, your lovely free miles will roll over and will keep being applied to your statements until you run out. If you cancel or don’t renew your policy, your free miles credit will be cancelled and it will instantly evaporate into thin air.
